Bringing an iconic identity to life
The challenge was to translate Singapore Airlines' distinctive visual identity into motion while retaining the elegance and sophistication associated with the brand.
The animation focuses on the iconic bird symbol, using dimensional movement, light and metallic detailing to gradually reveal the identity before resolving into the complete Singapore Airlines logo.
Form, light and movement
The reveal was built around the shape and geometry of the Singapore Airlines symbol. The logo develops progressively through the sequence, using controlled camera movement, highlights and reflections to emphasise its sculptural form.
The gold finish was designed to feel polished and premium without overwhelming the simplicity of the identity.
